Emily Reber-Mariniello, Esq., established and manages ERM Immigration Law, PLLC. In 2010, she graduated from Seattle University, School of Law, and founded her practice, ERM Immigration Law, PLLC, in San Francisco, California, in May 2012. The firm later moved to Seattle, Washington, in 2015 to prioritize a more fulfilling family life, although it continues to assist clients not only in San Francisco but across the United States and globally.
Emily gained firsthand experience with the U.S. immigration system during her personal journey with her husband, who hails from Italy, to build a life together in the United States. This experience has led her to recognize that clients often approach legal assistance feeling vulnerable, confused, or frustrated. Her belief is that being a lawyer involves not only understanding the law but also providing guidance to clients that addresses their specific needs, ensuring a positive, peaceful, and successful experience.
