Ruslan Desyatnikov brings over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Software Testing. He served as the Global Head of Testing at Citi for 3 years and held the position of Global VP of QA & Testing at Sterling InfoSystems for 6 years. Ruslan also established a Testing Center of Excellence at HSBC bank and managed 8 Global QA teams across 7 countries.
He holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College and an MBA in Technology Management from Phoenix University of Arizona. Ruslan is certified in Quality Assurance/Testing and Project Management and actively contributes to various QA organizations.
Ruslan's expertise is recognized through his publications in leading magazines such as CIOReview and his nominations for prestigious awards, including the European Software Testing Awards. He was also honored as one of the "50 Most Creative CEOs to Watch" by InsightSuccess magazine.
