The company’s original motto, “Trusted IT Advisor,” has since evolved into “We orchestrate your Digital Transformation.” Guided by this evolution, we have established ourselves as a business software consultancy firm that helps organizations transform digitally with smart solutions that provide significant value in the areas where we operate. Our objective at Intelli is to help our customers make sense of complexity and perform their jobs better. We closely monitor markets, primarily the financial and telecom sectors, having developed extensive knowledge in the area of digital transformation. This enables us to offer our customers end-to-end solutions so they can deliver a seamless digital experience with concrete and quantifiable benefits.

Given the rapid technological shifts across industries, how does Intelli balance innovation with the practical needs of legacy systems in sectors like manufacturing, telecom, and utilities?

One of the main obstacles in our implementations and projects has always been the resistance to change from people who were accustomed to using legacy systems or manual processes. Our approach has always been comprehensive and advisory, allowing us to clearly and effectively explain and demonstrate how our solutions and services can be beneficial and supportive, without requiring a radical change to their way of working. Even in cases where a firm decision had to be made, we emphasized the continuity of daily tasks and ensured ease of access to legacy systems.

What recurring barriers has Intelli identified among companies facing digital transformation challenges, and how does it proactively establish processes to help overcome these obstacles?

During its journey, Intelli has primarily faced practical obstacles in the course of implementation efforts. To overcome these challenges, the company developed clear and organized methods that combine expert advice with customized technology solutions. Intelli works closely with clients to ensure that digital projects align with their specific business needs. It uses flexible project management to quickly adapt to changes and provides training and support to help employees adjust smoothly to new systems and processes. This hands-on approach helps break down barriers and makes the digital transformation process more effective and easier for everyone involved.

With over 20 years of experience and a sustained investment in AI and machine learning, how does Intelli ensure its R&D efforts remain aligned with the evolving, real-world needs of its clients?

Our 20-year anniversary in 2025 has marked a period of expansion and evolution in two key areas:

Product-wise: We recently transformed our idbox™ Digital Onboarding service into the idbox™ Digital Suite, which now encompasses a broader range of services and a bold product roadmap. In support of this roadmap, spanning both 2025 and 2026, we have been working closely with key analysts to develop a substantial and strategic focus on cybersecurity, governmental, European, and regulatory acts, UI/UX, and a deeper understanding of our customers’ needs and requirements, while also monitoring the competition.

Market-wise: We are currently focusing on SEEU and MENA, with a goal to enter the broader EMEA region and expand further into LATAM, where we have had only a limited customer base so far. As a result, in 2025, our partnership models and our Key Account Management teams have grown to support these expansion initiatives.

What new products and solutions does Intelli plan to launch to strengthen its offerings and better support its clients?

Our current focus is to improve and expand our existing solutions and offerings by leveraging market requirements and needs, gathering feedback from our customers, and monitoring international vendors and competitors. Furthermore, as a result of our current business model, we are always eager to support an increasing number of countries worldwide, making the recognition of additional documents and identities from various nations a highly important aspect of our expansion. Additionally, fraudsters have expanded their footprint since 2024, prompting us to recently launch a fraud prevention solution that includes active and passive liveness extensions. Finally, guidelines from regulatory bodies and European and international acts, especially NIS2, DORA, and the AI Act, are integral parts of our compliance programs.

Could you share a recent success story where Intelli’s products and solutions made a notable impact on a client’s operations or outcomes?

A recent success story that highlights Intelli Group’s impact involves its collaboration with a leading European paytech company. Intelli implemented an advanced KYB and KYC solution suite to help them streamline and automate their credit card fraud management and customer verification processes. By integrating cutting-edge technologies across fraud detection and compliance functions, Intelli enabled them to process over 8,000 alerts monthly with full automation, covering tasks such as data entry, database updates, customer notifications, and card suspensions.

In addition to the core KYB/KYC workflows, Intelli deployed its intelligent Document Management System (DMS) to digitize and centralize customer-related documentation, ensuring faster retrieval, better compliance, and a significant reduction in manual errors. Furthermore, the solution was enhanced with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring components, offering advanced rule-based checks and automated alerts that strengthened their overall risk management framework.

These combined capabilities resulted in an 82% reduction in processing time, 100% SLA compliance, and improved employee satisfaction, as back-office staff were able to focus on higher-value tasks. The collaboration stands as a strong example of how comprehensive digital solutions can modernize critical operations, boost efficiency, and improve both the customer and employee experience. Through intelligent automation, Intelli helped the acquirer become more agile, compliant, and secure in facing the growing demands of modern banking and digital risk.

What’s next for Intelli Group as it builds on its global presence?

As Intelli Group continues to build on its global presence, the company is strategically intensifying its efforts in the Middle East market. By leveraging its strong experience and innovative products, Intelli plans to expand the use of its advanced solutions throughout the region. This active push into the Middle East reflects the company’s commitment to delivering tailored digital transformation services that meet the unique needs of businesses there, while strengthening partnerships and driving sustainable growth in new and emerging markets.

At the same time, Intelli is expanding its global reach across Europe and Latin America, further reinforcing its role as a trusted digital transformation partner on an international scale. In support of this expansion, the company is also gradually integrating support for additional alphabets, beyond the Greek, Cyrillic, Arabic, and Latin scripts currently supported, enabling even greater localization and accessibility for clients around the world.
