Leena (Ronak) Yousefi is a multi-award winning family lawyer, accredited mediator, and the founder of YLaw, the largest female-led law firm in Canada.
She is the mother to a lovely toddler who is as strong-minded as her mom, and to twins (totally unexpected!) whom she considers the biggest challenges and achievements of her life.
Leena's achievements have earned her placements on prestigious lists such as the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada and Business in Vancouver's Top 40 under 40. Her law firm, boasting 5 offices across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, has also been recognized as one of Canada's Top 400 Fastest Growing Companies by the Globe and Mail for three consecutive years.
Born in Iran, Leena immigrated to Canada with her family at the age of 13. Following her second degree from UVic, she embarked on reshaping the landscape of legal practice and business.
