What inspired the creation of Epic Werks Media (EWM)? Could you give a brief summary of its history thus far?

Our company was established in 2011, initially emphasizing content creation. Over time, we delved deeply into design and branding. The turning point came with the advent of Instagram and Facebook ads, propelling our growth significantly. While we temporarily diverted our attention to establishing large gyms, the challenges posed by the pandemic prompted us to refocus on business expansion using our proven hybrid content strategies.

How is the industry you serve currently evolving? Where does EWM stand at the moment relative to other participants in the industry?

Creating engaging stories and giving brands a human touch is our top priority in this age of AI and video content dominance. Our goal is to create an environment where clients can feel a true connection to the brand, away from the typical business vibe. Although many are still using 2016 tactics, we can't ignore the revolutionary change that people like Coach Harmozi have brought about in the industry.

How responsive is EWM to the changing needs of its clients?

We promptly respond to changes in our client's needs, although our approach depends on the nature of those changes. For instance, if a client specifically prefers quotes or content with minimal engagement, we tailor our response accordingly. Our priority is to ensure that no one's time, energy, or investment is allocated to endeavors that may not yield favorable results.

What’s EWM’s point of differentiation? What makes it unique?

While there are numerous ‘marketing companies’, we exclusively collaborate with specific, down-to-earth clients who understand that content is king. Our approach involves a hyper-focus on identifying and rectifying areas of the business that may be underperforming. Once pinpointed, we aggressively tackle these issues to attract more clients. Our intense commitment stems from a genuine desire to secure victories for our clients, understanding that their success is intertwined with ours. Our clients know that if they can't be found, they can't grow.

What can you tell us about the services that EWM provides?

While we prefer not to divulge all our proprietary methods, we firmly believe that effective creative content is integral to company growth. The more memorable a brand becomes, the smoother our clients' journey is in acquiring more clients themselves. Our mindset revolves around consistently finding ways to position our clients in front of their ideal audience. It's not rocket science; it's about precise data focus and accurately targeting each piece of content for optimal impact.

Will EWM be expanding and bringing on any new services that we should be aware of?

We have streamlined our services, prioritizing those that prove most effective for both our business and clients. In a landscape where anyone with Canva skills might claim expertise, we focus on strategies that generate significant traffic and revenue. This approach has proven successful, resonating well with our clients, who appreciate the impactful results it delivers.

No doubt, EWM is charting new territories in this segment. Given how frequently circumstances change, what plans for transformation are you pursuing to remain relevant now and in the future?

Absolutely, anticipating the future can be challenging. The unexpected shutdown of the world was a stark reminder, but we have learned from it and are now well-prepared for any major shifts in the digital space. Just as we have assisted clients in boosting income during slow seasons through email campaigns and retargeting ads, we are also proactive in adapting to the evolving landscape.

The next frontier in digital marketing is AI, and we are fully geared up for the upcoming advancements. While some may have reservations, the endless possibilities for experimentation, learning, and growth are genuinely exciting. We have new software on the horizon and an upcoming video project that, once ready, may involve seeking investors. We are confident it will be a remarkable success.
