Ruslan Desyatnikov brings over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Software Testing. He served as the Global Head of Testing at Citi for 3 years and held the position of Global VP of QA & Testing at Sterling InfoSystems for 6 years. Ruslan also established a Testing Center of Excellence at HSBC bank and managed 8 Global QA teams across 7 countries.

He holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College and an MBA in Technology Management from Phoenix University of Arizona. Ruslan is certified in Quality Assurance/Testing and Project Management and actively contributes to various QA organizations.
