Custom AI Solutions in Action
Clinical Document Generation: FluidAI’s AI-powered clinical document generation (CDG) solution captures clinical events in real time to generate complete, compliant discharge summaries. The technology reduces administrative burden, improves coding accuracy, accelerates revenue cycles, and enables clinical teams to focus more on patient care.
Clinicians: FluidAI’s AI-powered solutions help surgeons and clinical teams save time on documentation while reducing administrative burden. By generating complete and accurate notes, the technology reduces clinical documentation improvement (CDI) queries and enhances record quality for case reviews, morbidity and mortality (M&M) discussions, and research.
Hospital Executives: FluidAI’s solutions help healthcare organizations capture billable services and optimize coding to support increased revenue. The technology accelerates billing cycles, improves cash flow, reduces claim denials through accurate and compliant documentation, and lowers audit risk with standardized clinical notes.
Hospital Staff & Nurses: FluidAI’s AI-powered solutions help hospital staff and nurses streamline patient follow-up by shifting routine calls to an AI companion and escalating only critical cases. The technology provides a unified dashboard of patient concerns, vital-sign trends, and interaction history, enabling more efficient care coordination.
Research and Innovation Teams: FluidAI’s solutions support research and innovation teams by enabling continuous feedback loops that help refine educational content and enhance ongoing improvement efforts.
How FluidAI Does It
Discovery & Alignment: FluidAI begins by engaging with key stakeholders to understand clinical needs, identify workflow challenges, map existing processes, and assess the feasibility of implementing tailored AI solutions.
Co-Design & Scoping: The company works collaboratively with healthcare teams to define the solution, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and map integration requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational workflows.
System Preparation: FluidAI prepares the technical foundation by establishing system requirements, securing data access and privacy approvals, and configuring solutions to meet specific healthcare environment needs.
Deployment & Validation: The company supports clinical pilots and production go-live by onboarding users, deploying solutions, and monitoring performance to ensure effective adoption and measurable impact.
Scale-Up & Support: Following deployment, FluidAI continues to support organizations through user feedback loops, ongoing training, technical assistance, and outcome reporting to drive continuous improvement and long-term value.
