Alison Burklund, co-founder, is the co-CEO of Nanopath. Alison brings experience in the development of low-cost, rapid diagnostic systems, and a diverse background in entrepreneurship and technology translation. Alison is passionate about improving health and health access for underserved populations through commercialization of state-of-the-art technologies. Alison received her B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 2015, her M.Eng. in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley in 2016, and her Ph.D. from Dartmouth in 2021, where she was a fellow in the prestigious Ph.D. Innovation Program.
