SEOUL, South Korea, May 22, 2025 LG CNS unveiled a new artificial intelligence-powered enterprise resource planning (ERP) testing tool at SAP Sapphire 2025, SAP’s annual global conference held this year in Orlando, Florida.

The Korea-based AI transformation company showcased the latest version of its PerfecTwin ERP Edition, a testing solution introduced at Sapphire 2024 that simulates real SAP ERP transaction environments to detect and eliminate errors before systems go live. The upgraded solution uses artificial intelligence to generate test data when real transaction volumes are lacking, scrub sensitive information to protect privacy, and trace the root causes of errors to shorten validation time.

The technology is designed to serve companies using SAP ERP, offering virtual simulations for finance, procurement and human resources data. According to LG CNS, repeated testing with real transaction data enables near-zero defects during system transitions or upgrades.

Hanshin Nae, Senior Vice President of the LG CNS Enterprise Solutions Division, said the tool is part of the company’s broader effort to support international clients in modernizing their ERP infrastructure. “Through continued collaboration with SAP, LG CNS will further strengthen its technical expertise and competitiveness in ERP and continue to support innovation for global clients,” Nae said.

At the Orlando event, LG CNS and SAP also announced expanded collaboration to offer a full spectrum of ERP services, including application operations, version upgrades, security updates and SAP Business Technology Platform core support. The company plans to extend these services throughout the Asia-Pacific and Japan, with a delivery center in India scheduled to open later this year.

CEO Shin Gyoon Hyun participated in a panel discussion at SAP Sapphire for the second consecutive year, presenting case studies on ERP transformation and digital innovation. LG CNS has worked closely with SAP since formalizing joint initiatives in Germany in 2023. Earlier this year, it became the first Korean company to join SAP’s Regional Strategic Services Partner (RSSP) initiative for the Asia-Pacific region, a move aimed at accelerating its ERP expansion across key markets.

Through continued collaboration with SAP, LG CNS will further strengthen its technical expertise and competitiveness in ERP.
