CRAMIK ADDITIVE SOLUTIONS S.L. has developed CRAMIO B-001, a universal hyper-X binder that can replace multiple binder systems with a single formulation for high-performance materials. The technology is designed for advanced ceramics and metals and can be used in injection molding, 3D printing, and material recovery.

Valencia-based CRAMIK also offers component prototyping, short-run production, and new-material formulation services. CRAMIO B-001 is available in slurry, pellet, and filament formats for additive manufacturing and injection molding, providing different feedstock options for each process.

The technology simplifies the chemical and thermal processing required to work with advanced materials while maintaining material integration during manufacturing. CRAMIO B-001 can be used for injection molding and 3D printing, giving manufacturers a single binder technology that can be incorporated into different production processes rather than requiring separate binder systems for individual applications.

One Binder for Advanced Materials

CRAMIO B-001 is engineered for injection molding, additive manufacturing, and material recovery. CRAMIK provides the binder as part of manufacturing solutions for companies working to simplify an existing process or create a new material or component. The binder can be supplied in different formats according to the requirements of the manufacturing process.

For additive manufacturing and injection molding, CRAMIK offers CRAMIO B-001 in slurry, pellet, and filament formats. Each format addresses different feedstock requirements while retaining the same underlying binder technology. The formats provide options for processing materials according to requirements for material flow, stability, and processing performance.

Applications in Injection Molding and 3D Printing

CRAMIO B-001 can be incorporated into injection molding and additive manufacturing processes, where the binder works with high-performance materials during production. The technology is designed for applications involving advanced ceramics, metals, and other material formulations that require controlled chemical and thermal processing. Material recovery is another application for the binder technology.

The different material formats allow CRAMIK to apply CRAMIO B-001 across manufacturing workflows with different feedstock requirements. Slurry, pellet, and filament formats provide options for injection molding and 3D printing applications, while the underlying binder technology remains the same. This allows manufacturers to work with different production formats without changing to a separate binder system for each process.

Prototyping and Short-Run Production

CRAMIK works with customers on 3D-printed components and material applications for short-run production and new products. Customers can provide component designs for optimization and 3D printing, with prototypes produced using the company’s filament materials. This work connects material selection with component design and manufacturing requirements at the prototype stage.

CRAMIK also works on material applications for companies testing new materials, developing components, or preparing products for short production runs. The company’s work can extend from component design to material selection and printing, allowing prototype requirements to be considered alongside the properties and processing requirements of the material being used.

Material Co-Development for New Applications

CRAMIK works with customers on material formulation and application for additive manufacturing and injection molding. This includes evaluating how a material can be processed, printed, or molded and how its composition can be adapted to a particular component or application.

CRAMIO B-001 provides the binder technology for this work and can be integrated with different high-performance materials. CRAMIK can also work with industrial waste and next-generation composites when creating new material formulations. Combined with slurry, pellet, and filament formats, component prototyping, and material co-development, the technology connects binder formulation with material processing, component design, prototyping, and short-run production.
