Summary
  • Monster Mini Golf is encouraging its locations to establish connections with local Special Olympics athletes and organizations, extending the initiative beyond financial contributions.
  • Guests who donate can add their names to in-store campaign displays, allowing each location to track participation throughout November.
  • The partnership reflects Monster Mini Golf's commitment to making recreational activities accessible to people of different ages and abilities, while highlighting the role of inclusive sports in local communities.

ALLENTOWN, Pa., Nov. 3, 2026 — Monster Mini Golf is teaming up with Special Olympics this November for a nationwide fundraising campaign supporting Special Olympics athletes and programs at all 43 locations throughout North America.

From November 1 through November 30, guests visiting Monster Mini Golf locations will have the opportunity to add a $1, $3, or $5 donation to their purchase at check-in. The month-long effort makes giving back an easy addition to a visit while introducing more Monster Mini Golf guests to the work and mission of Special Olympics.

“The opportunity to work with Special Olympics feels personal to me,” said Chris King, CEO of Monster Entertainment. “I grew up seeing firsthand the impact Special Olympics can have on athletes and their families, and those experiences have stayed with me. At Monster Mini Golf, we’ve always strived to make fun accessible and welcoming to everyone who comes through our doors. This November, we have an opportunity to use what we do every day to give back to an organization that has meant so much to so many families, including my own.”

The effort will also take shape inside each Monster Mini Golf throughout the month. Guests who choose to donate can add their name to an in-store campaign display, allowing each location to watch its wall grow throughout November as more visitors participate. Together, those displays will offer a visual representation of the generosity shown by guests across the Monster Mini Golf network.

“We’re also encouraging our locations to connect with Special Olympics athletes and organizations in their own communities,” King added. “We want this partnership to be about more than what gets donated at the register. It’s a chance to build relationships, share the stories of Special Olympics athletes and shine a light on the role inclusive sports programs play in the lives of athletes and their families.”

The partnership reflects a value that has long been important to Monster Mini Golf: creating a place where people of different ages and abilities can have fun together. At the heart of every location is an immersive 18-hole, glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course filled with monster-themed environments, custom artwork, and interactive entertainment, with additional attractions varying by location.

“Golf has become one of our most popular sports at Special Olympics, and we’re so fortunate to work with organizations that are making the sport more accessible,” said Shira Mitchell, Senior Vice President of Development at Special Olympics. “We’re grateful to Monster Mini Golf for supporting us with a campaign this November and creating spaces where athletes of all abilities can experience what we love about our movement - competition, community, and joy.”
