Interview Excerpts

How do you feel about being recognized as one of the ‘10 Visionary CEOs to Watch 2024,’ and what does this recognition mean to you?

I am incredibly honored to be recognized among such visionary leaders. This acknowledgment is not just a personal achievement; it reflects the hard work and dedication that my team and I have put into building Briton Media Group. It’s a reminder that our efforts are making an impact and inspires me to continue pushing boundaries.

How did your time away from the spotlight shape both your personal and professional growth?

My three years away from social media were filled with intense focus and determination. During that time, I was alone with my thoughts, sketching out ideas and strategizing for Briton Media. It wasn’t glamorous; it was a period of sleepless nights and self-reflection that ultimately shaped me into a more resilient and relentless individual.

What kept you motivated during the toughest moments when you faced doubt and rejections?

The toughest moments were the lonely nights spent plotting my next moves, grappling with uncertainty, and feeling the weight of the world on my shoulders as I made the leap to dedicate my life to this company. But it was my vision that kept me going. I realized that my journey wasn’t just about building a business; it was about becoming a better version of myself. Each setback fueled my determination to rise again and refine my approach.

Could you walk us through the moment you realized Briton Media Group would be more than just a business but a platform to help other business owners and build a legacy?

It all clicked for me during those solitary moments of reflection. I understood that this wasn’t just about my success; it was about empowering others to share their stories through podcasting. That realization transformed Briton Media into a legacy-building platform, where I could help fellow entrepreneurs amplify their voices.

How has your vision for Briton Media evolved from those early days of walking to class and dreaming of starting your own business?

In those early days, I had nothing but dreams while walking miles to class. My vision has evolved significantly since then—from music production to creating a comprehensive media platform that offers editing, marketing, and distribution services for podcasts. The core mission remains the same: helping others succeed.

Could you share the strategies or approaches that led to your impressive partnerships this year, including the $10 million media deal and collaborations with the United Nations and a global women’s fashion retail leader?

Building strong relationships based on trust and mutual benefit has been key. Our $10 million media partnership with an amusement park resort center, along with collaborations with UN-funded projects and global retail leaders, stemmed from our commitment to delivering value and innovative solutions tailored to our partners’ needs.

What can you tell us about your team and how their contributions have influenced the success of Briton Media Group?

I owe much of our success to my incredible team. Their creativity, dedication, and expertise have been instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Together, we have created an environment where collaboration thrives, allowing us to achieve remarkable results.

What are your biggest goals for Briton Media Group, and how do you plan to continue inspiring others through your story?

My biggest goal is to expand our reach globally while continuing to empower business owners through podcasting. I want my journey—from silence to success—to inspire others to chase their dreams relentlessly, proving that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.

Do you have any final thoughts or comments before we conclude?

I have always lived by the mantra, ‘commit first, figure the rest out later,’ with my friend Matthew Lussier constantly reminding me to ‘go get that money.’ That drive has been key, but equally important is my gratitude to everyone who supported me along this journey—my family, friends, and even the doubters who pushed me to prove them wrong.

This recognition is just the beginning; there’s so much more ahead!
