einwert, a comprehensive real estate value management platform offering appraiser-prepared valuations within just a few days, has recently secured €4 million in seed funding. The funding round was led by pan-European early-stage VC Ventech, joining an existing group of investors, including 468 Capital, Wecken & Cie, Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, and infinitas capital, all of whom increased their stakes. Notable individuals such as Ulrich Gros and Jürgen Roth (Immowelt) have also joined the investor lineup.

The einwert platform allows users to commission valuations prepared by qualified partners through dedicated workflow software. This platform seamlessly integrates relevant data and documents, making valuation results accessible and analyzable digitally at any time. By aggregating market data from various providers, einwert provides a centralized hub for real estate, valuation, and market information, facilitating real-time value analysis and benchmarks.

Founded in 2022 by Dr. Christina Mauer and Dr. Maximilian Schlachter, einwert has set its sights on significant growth. The duo behind the company has stated that the fresh capital secured from the current seed financing round will be dedicated to advancing and establishing the einwert platform as the foremost European leader in value management.

The einwert platform not only promises time savings of over 70 percent and full transparency through digital order management but also serves as a basis for informed decision-making in areas such as portfolio optimization, re-letting, and ESG investments.

einwert's client base includes well-known entities such as BNP Paribas REIM, Exporo, and Engel & Völkers. Nicolas Barthalon, Principal at Ventech, expressed confidence in einwert's potential in the B2B real estate market, highlighting the company's innovative market approach and its team's ability to revolutionize the analog valuation process.

Barthalon stated, “einwert fills a gap in the B2B real estate market. Its innovative market approach leads us to believe the company is promised to a bright future. The team’s first-hand experience of the analog valuation process, its vision to build a large data platform on top of it and its ability to attract talents convinced us to invest. We are thrilled to be part of an international syndicate of industry experts that will support einwert’s platform growth trajectory and global expansion.”
