Patrick Petitti is the CEO and co-founder of Catalant, an agile consulting services provider to the Fortune 500, which he established as a Harvard Business School class project in 2013. He co-authored a book named ‘Reimagining Work: Strategies to Disrupt Talent, Lead Change, and Win with a Flexible Workforce’, presenting a vision for a transformative relationship between global companies and talent. In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, Petitti received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the New England region in 2016. Before establishing Catalant, he worked as a consultant at Vantage Partners, specializing in negotiation and conflict management, and previously at Booz Allen Hamilton.
